Sega Fonts

I know I've seen posts in here before where people pointed out the font which is, or at least resembles closely, the text used on Master System boxes, but as anyone ever put together a comprehensive list of all fonts relating to Sega? I'm referring to Western box text, the text on Japanese release boxes, SG-1000 box text, Othello Multivision box text, etc.?
I'd certainly love to know if anyone has figured out the font that they used for the game numbering on Japanese releases.
