SC-3000 Power Supply

Hi everyone,
I've been a long time lurker here. Anyway, I was talking with a close friend the other day when he mentioned that he had found his dad's old SC-3000. All the parts seemed to be there, with no obvious damage.... except the power supply was missing.
I've been looking all over the place to find any information on getting a replacement but the only information I could find on the type of power supply it had was this picture. [link bellow]
This is a picture of the SG-1000 console power brick. I couldn't actually find one on the SC-3000 but I figured that since they were almost the same machine they would have the same power brick. Anyway, I was wondering if I'd be able to use one of my Master System power bricks as a replacement. Since that would be nice and easy.
It would be grate if anyone who owns an SG-1000 or just knows about this stuff could help me out.

An SMS or model 1 Genesis/Mega Drive power supply will work fine with the SC-3000.
