Does anyone know if they ever sell on ebay as iv never seen any ?

Several Game Gear protos have been dumped and released by Bock himself on this website, you can look at the News section to find them.
Unless you meant you want the actual carts, in which case I don't know how to help you.

For prototypes in general, there is drx's website Hidden Palace.

Hi Tom thanks for you info that will come in useful as i didnt know about these.

It is mainly the carts im after though :)
